Advertising Information

Creature's Corner News is a target publication aimed specifically at animal caretakers and lovers in the tri-state area of Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, with limited distribution in New Hampshire and Connecticut. Subscriptions reach nationwide. This informative and extremely popular newspaper/magazine often clears the shelves upon arrival. It is a free over-the-counter publication with a circulation of 6,000 plus and a strong, devoted readership of over 15,000. CCN is distributed at feed and pet stores, veterinary clinics, auction houses, pet groomers, kennels and stables, select supermarkets, convenience stores and other high-traffic locations, as well as bulk drops at animal events in the area.

Demographics
Rural 50%. Urban towns & villages, including metropolitan areas 50%. Homes in this area have between 1 and 3 pets, in 9 out of 10 homes.

Media Information

• Publication Date: First tuesday of each month.
• Deadline for Display Advertisements: Five days prior to publication date.
• Deadline for Classified Advertisements/Calendar Events: Three days prior to publication date. Calendar events will be posted to the website as soon as they are sent to Kelley.
• Deadline for Editorial/Press Releases: Two weeks prior to publication date.

Display Advertising
Ads are not crowded on the pages. There is a 3/16" space minimum on all sides. A minimum of 50% editorial is used in each issue allowing for a nice display area for advertisers. All care is taken to place advertisers on or near pages with editorial relating to their business or animal species. Logos and line-art sent in for use would be preferable on white stock (we will do our very best with what you send). Photos: color or B/W accepted. Camera-ready copy, PDF, jpg, tiff or bmp files also accepted. If they are not to size, or of poor quality they will be resized and/or redone if possible. There are never any extra charges for ad design. Photos, Artwork and Design are all included in the price of the ad. If you sign into a long-term contract you are allowed to change your ad, whenever you wish at no extra charge.
